New affordable rates effective July 2011!  We are located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, and opened in 2009.  We are open from May through October, welcoming individuals, couples and families with well behaved children who are at least 5 years old.  We are currently unable to accomodate pets.  For the health of our guests, smoking is not permitted in any area of our Bed and Breakfast or farm.

We provide a hot traditional Irish country breakfast of ham, sausage, eggs, toast, pancakes, biscuits, seasonal fruit, tea and coffee, served family style.  Heart-healthy ingredients can be substituted. Please order from our menu the evening before.

We offer an indoor hot tub room opening onto our heated outdoor pool and deck that includes a skylighted outdoor room.  LibLiam Farm provides a parklike hilltop setting on its 14 acres including pasture and an area suitable for outdoor celebrations, wedding receptions, and family reunions.  Our location offers scenic vistas and overlooks the South of historic Johnstown.

LibLiam Farm, a member of the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, is within easy driving distance of the Seven Springs Resort. Falling Water, the 2008 Travel and Leisure magazine's defining destination for Pennsylvania, is just over an hour's drive. More than 73% of Falling Water's visitors travel at least 4 hours one way to visit Frank Llloyd Wright's masterwork.  We are also near to many other year round scenic and historic attractions, and fine dining.  Our highway access, as detailed on our directions page, is via the portion of US 219 dedicated as the Flight 93 Memorial Highway. See many activity links at www.laurelhighlands.org and www.WaterLandLife.org.

We are located just three minutes away from the new Stonycreek Whitewater Park, which was dedicated on June 5, 2008.  This new attraction is a destination for paddlers of all kinds. This section of the Stonycreek River contains 20 species of fish.  The new park adjoins Greenhouse Park in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County. For more information, visit the Johnstown and Cambria County Convention and Visitors Bureau site at http://www.visitjohnstownpa.com.

To book a stay or if you would like to know more, we would be delighted to hear from you by e-mail at graciemac1@verizon.net or by telephone at 814 241 0781.

Our 108 year old farm sits on a hilltop overlooking the Laurel Highlands countryside and Johnstown on the distant northern horizon.  Our home has been progressively improved over the years yet retains its original welcoming charachter.
